The Kentucky Assembly Values
We, the members of The Kentucky Assembly, consist of willing and able volunteers, who donate our resources as much as we are able. We are self-governing men and women, conducting ourselves with honor, respect, integrity, peace, and love. We keep the Peace and uphold the Public Law. We treat our fellow Living Men and Women in the same manner as we would like to be treated ourselves. Each one of us has rebutted in written form any corporate presumptions of who we are. Our documentation includes an autographed name and seal. We continually study the paperwork process, the process of Assembling, the plan for reconstructing our lawful government, our role as Assembly members, and the role of the Federation, The United States of America, unincorporated. We are here to support the Assembly, and to do our best to provide our ideas, skills, and talents. We present our ideas to the Assembly, by working together with established committees, and then by bringing these ideas to the Assembly for a final vote. We are honest, truthful, peaceful Americans, who continue the efforts started by the volunteers that came before us. We continually educate and improve ourselves, better enabling us to help others to do the same. We refer to ourselves as Americans on the Land & Soil Jurisdiction. We are either American State Nationals or American State Citizens. The term, “Sovereign Citizen,” however, is an oxymoron. “Sovereign Citizen” is a mutually exclusive construction because one cannot act both as a sovereign, and as a citizen, at the same time. If any of us fail to conduct ourselves in a manner consistent with the values of Self-governance, we will be given the opportunity to correct the mistake. In this way, we help each other to both keep the peace, and to uphold the Public Law. To this end, the Ombudsmen are here to provide us with assistance and guidance. If needed, the Assembly will provide additional assistance; and where necessary, fair, and just consequences for inappropriate behavior.

They say, the winner’s write history. This is absolute truth, to fabricate a narrative to actually hide the truth from us. So these people tell a lie to cover the truth. If you are seeking the truth, John 8:32, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth shall set you free”.

- The Federal Reserve is owned by twelve (12) powerful individuals?
- Why everything in your name is in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS?
- Difference between American State National and a U.S. Citizen?
The American People have not been given full disclosure of our history. A Global estate trust was created by Pope Boniface VIII in 1302, establishing three jurisdictions of control in the world – Air, Land and Sea. This is where L.A.W. or law comes from. Each with its own body of laws. The Pope maintains the Air, the British Monarchy maintains the Sea, and the Spanish King maintains the Land.

Now let’s go back in time for a bit!
After the Great London Fire in 1666 people left their possessions and never returned. Private property and estates were left behind and needed to be managed. Parliament & Westminster passed the “Proof of Life Act“, or “Cestui Que Vie Act“. (You may be thinking, “What does this have to do with me?”, or “I am not bound under this Act, I am an American?”) This is where the Hierarchy of Laws comes in. We are all bound by many laws, especially Natural or Common Law. Treaties and Acts fall at an International level. So from this Act, the state was to control everyone’s estate trust until a living man or woman came forward and proved they were alive, and claimed damages.
So after the “American Civil War” of 1865, which had nothing to do with Slavery as “we are told”. The De Jure American government was abandoned and never re-established. Nor was a peace treaty ever signed to end that war. That is why, to this day, we are still in “War-time Conflict”. Since there was no De Jure government to hold congress back due to their tyrannical enslavement of Americans, “they”, took it upon themselves to pass The United States Reorganization Act of 1871. This turned the “United States” into a corporate entity. So after that every state and city became a corporate entity that has we know today falls under commerce.

Then came 1913 – The Federal Reserve Act
Then in 1921, leading to the Shepherd-Towner/Townsend Act – The Sea and Air Service Corporations set up legal registration for their own employees and then presumed that “citizenship” against all the American babies — the general public, their employers.
Then on April 5, 1933, then president Franklin Delano Roosevelt, under Executive Order, per the Emergency Banking Act, Suspended The Gold Standard and Abrogated (means, “to do away with”) The Gold Clause. Also referred to as House Joint Resolution 192.
